Audience Analytics unveils 3-year dividend policy with minimum 50% payout ratio
The policy aims to balance the company’s financial health.
Audience Analytics Limited (AAL) announced that it has adopted a dividend policy that pays its shareholders at least 50% of the company’s profit attributable to equity holders.
The policy will apply to AAL’s next three financial years from 2025 to 2027, ending on 31 December each year.
AAL said that the policy will balance the company’s financial health, working capital requirements, capital expenditure, and growth prospects.
The declaration and payment of dividends will be determined by the board. The board may also declare an interim dividend without requiring the approval of the shareholders.
Meanwhile, the declaration and payment of a final dividend shall be subject to shareholders’ approval.
In proposing any dividend payout, the board will consider the group’s earnings, financial performance, capital expenditure and other investment plans, as well as working capital requirements and general financing conditions.
In addition, the board will also consider restrictions on the payment of dividends imposed on the group by its financial arrangements as well as the general economic and business conditions in countries where the group operates.
The board will continually review the dividend policy and reserves the right to update, amend, modify, or cancel the dividend policy at any time.
