AI adoption has become widespread amongst small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in Singapore, with 94% either using or experimenting with AI.
In its report, Salesforce said common applications include marketing campaign optimisation, automated service chatbots, and lead prioritisation.
Notably, 87% of SMB leaders who leverage AI report increased revenue, showcasing the technology's transformative potential for businesses of this scale.
Despite the benefits, SMBs face challenges with rapidly changing technology. In Singapore, 72% of SMB leaders find it difficult to keep pace with technological advancements, and 40% struggle to allocate time to master the tools they use.
Meanwhile, improving data quality is seen as a key driver of growth, with 92% of leaders believing it could enhance their revenue.
