Singapore Airlines prices $807.74m notes due 2029 at 3.375%

These will be issued at 99.27% of their principal amount. 

Singapore Airlines revealed its pricing of $807.74m (US$600m) notes due 2029 at 3.375%. 

Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd. and DBS Bank Ltd. will serve as the joint global coordinators, whilst the two, as well as Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited and BNP Paribas will be the joint lead managers. 

Denominations of $269.31 (US$ 200,000), as well as higher integral values of $1,364.54 (US$1,000) will be available. An interest rate of 3.375% will be implemented, per annum payable semi-annually.

These will be offered outside the United States under Regulation S under the United States Securities Act of 1933 and in Singapore due to exemptions invoked under Sections 274 and/or 275 of the Securities and Futures Act, Chapter 289 of Singapore. 

Net proceeds from the issue will be used for aircraft purchases and related payments, and general corporate purposes. These are expected to mature on 19 January 2029.
