Tuan Sing Holdings CEO William Liem increased his stake in the company by purchasing 1.38m shares via market transaction.
The shares were acquired through Nuri Holdings, where Liem serves as a director, at $0.27 apiece.
On 9 Jan, Liem purchased 653,700 shares for $176,499 and another 735,200 shares for $198,504 the following day.
Following the transaction, Liem’s stake in Tuan Sing rose to 54.49%.
