The government has closed the tender for the Dairy Farm Walk and Tengah Garden Avenue sites.
Dairy Farm Walk has a gross floor area (GFA) of 76,376 square meters (sq. m.) and a lease period of 99 years, whilst Tengah Garden Avenue has a GFA of 45,951 sq. m. and the same leasing period.
Intrepid Investments, CSC Land Group, and GuocoLand had the highest tender price at $675m for Dairy Farm Walk.
Meanwhile, SNC2 Realty, Apex Asia Alpha Investment Two, Soon Li Heng Civil Engineering and Kay Lim Realty tendered the highest for Tengah Garden Avenue at $504.5m.
