Pan-United nabs $107 million Expressway deals

The infrastructure and logistics group will be the sole supplier of ready-mixed concrete to Samsung C&T Corporation for its two MCE parcels.

Altogether, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore has awarded six major civil contracts for the construction of the MCE and four contracts for the provision of various Electrical & Mechanical and Cladding systems required for the road tunnel.

The Group earlier clinched MCE supply contracts, worth a total of S$74 million.

This latest batch of contracts of three ready-mix concrete (RMC) supply contracts and two cement supply contracts is valued at S$107 million in total.

The Group’s other projects include the Port of Singapore Authority Pasir Panjang Terminal and the MRT Circle Line and Downtown Line.

PUC’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Patrick Ng said, “We are confident of meeting the challenges arising from such an enormous project, given our strong supply chainmanagement and logistics capabilities.

Under the new contracts, Samsung C&T Corporation has appointed the Group as the sole ready made concrete supplier for their two major civil contracts, namely MCE 483 and MCE 486.
